To register for myhumana.com, you will need your member number and other identifying information.
— Click on the “register” link on the main page and select the type of account you have at the top of the next screen (Medicaid, Medicare or private party insurance).
— Type in the requested information, to include your member number or claim number, as well as your name and zip code.
— Upon verification, you will be prompted to create a username and password.
Once this is complete, you can access your MyHumana login and check claim status, pay bills, determine your premiums and copays, and get information on your benefits. You can also find a doctor, hospital, clinic, other medical providers, or print tax-related information for your personal records. All information you submit to the site is safe and secure.

Recent Issues – Humana Data Breach
In late 2015, Humana reported that a data breach occurred after an employee’s laptop and hard copy files were stolen from a parked vehicle. This breach allowed unauthorized access to client information for approximately 2,800 Humana Medicare Advantage recipients. No social security numbers or financial information was compromised; thieves only got access to the member numbers and names of approximately 250 Humana Medicare Advantage members.
Humana took decisive action in the wake of this security breach by issuing new cards and member numbers to those affected. Affected members were also given access to identity theft monitoring services. Employees also underwent more security training to prevent another similar incident from occurring.
